This Realtor.com API record now refers to ListHub Syndication API: MLS Listings, the current Move/Realtor.com publisher data API. ListHub aggregates active listing data from MLSs and broker franchises, maps it to RESO standards, and provides publishers with listing photos and marketing information. The publisher feed is updated every one to two hours.
Production access is contract-based. ListHub directs interested publishers to publisher.sales@listhub.com, and it does not publish a production rate. Public documentation, an API Explorer, and a sandbox help developers test the API, but the sandbox is not a free production tier. Approved publishers receive their own OAuth credentials and must meet ListHub's technical, display, reporting, and data-use requirements.
Two separate services should not be treated as API pricing tiers. Basic ListHub syndication is free for brokers in connected MLSs and sends their listings to selected publishers. Realtor.com's Connections Plus is a lead-generation product with ZIP-specific pricing. Neither service sets the price or access terms for the ListHub publisher API.

How much does the Realtor.com or ListHub API cost?
