IACrea
Full review with pricing, features, and our take on where it wins.
Virtual Staging AI is the better buy below roughly 20 staged images a month. Basic starts at $16, Standard runs $19 for 20 images at $0.95 each, one credit always equals one image, and the tool holds a 4.6/5 rating on this site against IACrea's 4.4/5.
IACrea is the better buy above that line, and for anyone whose visual work runs past staging. Its $28.32 per month Solo plan prices retouching at 0.1 credit, so 15 monthly credits cover up to 150 staged images, about $0.19 each. The same subscription includes a smartphone capture license, 30 enhanced mobile photo captures a month, renovation concepts, object and logo removal, exterior editing, floor plan tools, a video editor, unlimited social scheduling, and Meta campaign tools. Those USD prices are IACrea's own localized conversion of its EUR list prices and are quoted before VAT, so the dollar figure moves with the exchange rate.
What decides it is volume and scope: how many rooms you stage in a month, and how much of the rest of your listing marketing you want running on one login.
Both platforms furnish empty rooms with AI in seconds. Virtual Staging AI ships 12+ styles including modern, traditional, Scandinavian, farmhouse, and luxury, plus room type detection, virtual decluttering, batch processing, style consistency across rooms in the same property, high-resolution downloads, and full commercial usage rights. IACrea furnishes in styles such as Modern, Scandinavian, Industrial, and Minimalist, then keeps going: renovation concepts for floors, walls, kitchens, and bathrooms, targeted removal of furniture, clutter, and logos, exterior work on gardens, terraces, pools, facades, and skies, and conversion of 2D floor plans into 3D presentations.
On the core staging task the two are close. On everything adjacent to it the distance is large, and at low volume that distance is what the extra $9 to $12 a month buys you.
Virtual Staging AI begins with whatever photo you upload, and its own guidance is that results are best from well-lit, high-quality originals. That is a real constraint. A dim phone photo of a north-facing living room is a weaker input than a photographer's bracketed exposure, and the AI cannot invent detail that the sensor never captured.
IACrea addresses that step directly. Solo includes one smartphone capture license and 30 enhanced captures per month with automatic brightness, contrast, color, and lens correction applied at capture time. Agency includes three licenses and 40 captures per user per month. For an agent who photographs their own listings, this is the single biggest functional difference between the two products, larger than any style-library comparison.
IACrea animates a still photo for 1 credit, assembles manual or AI-assisted video montages, applies branded templates, and schedules posts to Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube from a calendar. Social scheduling is unlimited on both plans. Virtual Staging AI does none of that. It returns a high-resolution image file, and that is where the workflow it owns ends.
If you already pay for a scheduler, that division of labor is correct and you should keep it. Our Buffer vs Hootsuite comparison covers that side of the stack. If you do not, IACrea absorbs a subscription you would otherwise buy separately, and the price gap closes entirely.
A Virtual Staging AI credit is one staged image, so 20 credits on the $19 Standard plan means 20 images at $0.95 each. Unused credits reset at the end of the month.
IACrea prices retouching at 0.1 credit, and its pricing page defines retouching broadly: furnish a room, recolor, remove objects, change the sky. Staging a bedroom and swapping a gray sky cost the same 0.1. Solo's 15 monthly credits therefore stretch to 150 retouches for $28.32, about $0.19 apiece, and Agency's 45 credits cover 450 across three users at roughly $0.16. Extra credits run $1.13, which works out to 11 cents per retouch and undercuts the effective rate of the credits included in either plan.
Unused IACrea credits carry over, with the balance capped at three times your monthly allowance: 45 credits on Solo, 135 on Agency. A quiet February banks into a busy March instead of evaporating, which suits the lumpy way listings actually arrive.
Two things drain the pool fast. Photo-to-video animation costs a full credit, the equivalent of 10 staged images, so a month of heavy video work leaves noticeably less room for photo edits. A Meta campaign starts at 60 credits, or 600 retouches worth of budget, which is four times Solo's monthly allowance and above its 45-credit balance ceiling. IACrea does not document whether purchased extras count against that cap, so confirm before buying Solo for campaign work.
Virtual Staging AI publishes the tighter turnaround: under 30 seconds per image. IACrea's API documentation gives 30 seconds to 3 minutes depending on task complexity and load, while its homepage claims about 10 seconds for some edits. Both are same-session tools, and the difference between 30 seconds and 3 minutes rarely changes a workflow.
Platform coverage is not close: IACrea runs on web, iOS, and Android, while Virtual Staging AI is web only. Neither offers Zapier or Make. Both offer an API, though IACrea's is request-based and its pricing requires a sales inquiry, which rules it out as a quick DIY integration. Neither publishes MLS, IDX, CRM, or transaction-management connections, so whichever you pick, expect to move files by hand into your listing systems.
Vendor facts round out the picture. Virtual Staging AI launched in 2022 in the United States and pays 30 percent recurring commission through Rewardful with a 60-day cookie. IACrea launched in 2025 in Paris and pays 15 percent recurring through Refindie with no published cookie duration. IACrea's pricing here was verified September 1, 2026; Virtual Staging AI's was verified June 23, 2026.

Every IACrea figure below is its localized USD conversion of a EUR list price, quoted before VAT, and assumes staging bills at the published 0.1 credit per retouch.
| What you need each month | Virtual Staging AI | IACrea |
|---|---|---|
| 6 staged images, nothing else | Basic, $16/mo ($2.67/image) | Solo, $28.32/mo (0.6 of 15 credits used) |
| 20 staged images | Standard, $19/mo ($0.95/image) | Solo, $28.32/mo ($1.42/image) |
| 60 staged images | Professional, $39/mo ($0.65/image) | Solo, $28.32/mo ($0.47/image) |
| 150 staged images | Enterprise, $79/mo ($0.53/image) | Solo, $28.32/mo ($0.19/image) |
| Staging, capture, video, scheduled posts | Not offered | Solo, $28.32/mo |
| Three people sharing the work | No documented seat plan | Agency, $73.66/mo, 450 retouches |
The crossover sits just past 20 images a month. Below it, Virtual Staging AI is cheaper in absolute dollars: $16 against $28.32 at six images, $19 against $28.32 at twenty, a saving of $111.84 to $147.84 a year. Above it, the ranking reverses, because Virtual Staging AI's next tier is $39 while IACrea Solo holds at $28.32 all the way to 150 staged images.
At 60 images a month IACrea saves $10.68 monthly, or $128.16 a year. At 150 the gap becomes serious: $28.32 against $79, which is $608.16 a year on monthly billing and $636.48 against Virtual Staging AI Enterprise once you take IACrea's $25.96 annual rate (annual billing includes one month free). Volume pricing, in other words, now favors the all-in-one platform, which reverses the usual bundle-versus-specialist logic.
Two caveats keep this from being a rout. IACrea's credit pool is shared across staging, animation, exterior work, and campaigns, so 150 staged images is a ceiling reached only if you spend the pool on nothing else. And Virtual Staging AI still holds the higher rating, 4.6/5 against 4.4/5, on a product that has done one job since 2022.
Winner: IACrea. You photograph your own listings, edit them yourself, cut a short video, and post it. IACrea's $28.32 Solo plan gives you HDR capture on the phone already in your hand, 30 enhanced captures a month, up to 150 staged images from the credit pool, animation at 1 credit, and unlimited scheduled posting to four networks. Buying Virtual Staging AI at $19 and then adding a scheduler and a video tool costs more and leaves you moving files between three products.
Winner: Virtual Staging AI. You have a photographer, you have Buffer or Later, and the only gap is furnishing empty rooms. Standard at $19 a month for 20 images is the cleanest purchase on this page: one credit, one image, $0.95, no shared pool to budget against. Paying IACrea $28.32 buys capabilities you already have elsewhere.
Winner: IACrea. At 0.1 credit per retouch, Solo's 15 credits cover 150 staged images for $28.32, against $79 for the same 150 on Virtual Staging AI Enterprise. Rollover to a 45-credit balance absorbs the months when listings arrive in clumps. Before you move a high-volume workflow, run your own test set, because Virtual Staging AI ships 12+ named styles and scores 4.6/5 here against IACrea's 4.4/5, and consistency across 150 images is worth checking on your own photos.
Winner: IACrea. Agency at $73.66 covers three users, 45 credits that can be shared or allocated (450 retouches), three capture licenses, and 40 enhanced captures per user per month. Extra seats are $13.60 with 5 credits each. Virtual Staging AI documents no seat structure at all, so a team either shares one login or buys parallel subscriptions.
Winner: IACrea Agency. Campaign tooling is built in at a 60-credit minimum. Agency's 135-credit balance banks that from allowance alone, while Solo's 45-credit cap only gets there if purchased credits can lift the balance above it, which IACrea does not document. Virtual Staging AI has no campaign feature, so this is a category where the comparison ends before it starts.
Winner: Virtual Staging AI. Basic at $16 is the lowest-commitment way to find out whether AI staging clears your quality bar. Both vendors offer a free trial without publishing a fixed duration, and IACrea's free enhancements require registration with a professional or business email address.

It depends on volume and scope. Virtual Staging AI is better for agents who stage fewer than about 20 images a month and need nothing else, thanks to a $16 entry price, a simple one-credit-per-image unit, and a 4.6/5 rating here against IACrea's 4.4/5. IACrea is better above that volume and for agents who also need smartphone HDR capture, renovation concepts, exterior edits, video, and scheduled posting to Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube, all on a $28.32 per month subscription.
Virtual Staging AI is cheaper up to 20 staged images a month, at $16 for 6 images (Basic) or $19 for 20 (Standard) against IACrea's $28.32 Solo plan. Past 20 images the ranking flips, because Virtual Staging AI moves to its $39 Professional tier while IACrea Solo covers up to 150 staged images at the same $28.32. At 150 images a month, IACrea costs $28.32 against $79 for Virtual Staging AI Enterprise. IACrea's USD figures are its own localized conversion of EUR list prices and are quoted before VAT, so they shift with the exchange rate.
A Virtual Staging AI credit is one staged image, and unused credits reset each month. IACrea prices retouching at 0.1 credit, and its pricing page defines retouching to include furnishing a room, recoloring, removing objects, and changing the sky. Solo's 15 monthly credits therefore cover up to 150 retouches, roughly $0.19 each. Unused IACrea credits carry over, with your balance capped at three times your monthly allowance, and you can buy extra credits at $1.13 each.
No. Virtual Staging AI is web only, with no iOS or Android app documented. IACrea runs on the web plus iOS and Android, and its Solo plan includes one smartphone capture license with 30 enhanced mobile photo captures per month. If you shoot, edit, and post from your phone at the property, that difference matters more than any per-image price.
The published numbers say no. A Meta campaign starts at 60 credits, Solo includes 15 credits per month, and the credit balance is capped at three times the monthly allowance, which puts Solo's ceiling at 45. The Agency plan's 45 included credits and 135-credit ceiling clear the 60-credit floor. IACrea does not document whether purchased extra credits count against that cap, so confirm with the company before buying Solo for campaign work.
Virtual Staging AI publishes the tighter number, completing staging in under 30 seconds. IACrea's API documentation gives a range of 30 seconds to 3 minutes depending on task complexity and system load, while its homepage says some edits finish in about 10 seconds. Both are same-session tools, and both are far faster than the 24-48 hours a human-designed service such as BoxBrownie takes.
Both do, and Virtual Staging AI pays double. Virtual Staging AI runs a 30 percent recurring program through Rewardful with a 60-day cookie. IACrea runs a 15 percent recurring program through Refindie and does not publish its cookie duration or payout terms.
For a solo agent, usually yes. One IACrea Solo subscription at $28.32 per month covers staging, decluttering, exterior enhancement, renovation concepts, photo-to-video animation, branded templates, and unlimited social scheduling to Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube. The trade is a shared credit pool where a single video animation costs 1 credit, the equivalent of 10 staged images, so heavy video months leave less room for staging.
